  2. Kingston: Partners for a Safe Community Safety Group 2012 A group of at least 40 schedule 1 companies in good standing with the WSIB and with a minimum combined WSIB premium of $250 000. The safety group meets five times a year, each participant must attend at least three of these meetings. After 5 years, successful firms will have 25-elements that are in line with their business needs and legislation. Firm Owners and Managers: You are invited to join the KPSC sponsored Safety Group in 2012 Commit to the program one year at a time. You can only participate in one safety group at a time. Implement 5 elements a year from the 5-step system. Receive rebate based on entire group success.
