  1. Curiosity (MSL) sechs Tage nach der Landung Diese farbverstärkte Sicht zeigt das Terrain rund um die Landestelle des Rovers innerhalb von Gale Crater auf dem Mars. Die Farben wurden verstärkt, um die feinen Unterschiede hervorzuheben, die zeigen, dass die Region um die Landezone nicht so farbreich ist, wie Regionen im Süden, näher an Mount Sharp, wo Curiosity schließlich auf Entdeckungstour gehen wird.
