  2. Slitere National Park Slītere National Park is one of the specially protected nature territories of Europe. This national park includes high steep coastlines of Baltic Ice Lake. For wildlife enthusiasts this place is nothing less than a heaven. Slītere National Park is famous for its broadleaf forests and dunes. This park is one of the Baltic migratory flyways which make it perfect for bird watching. Visit famous Lighthouse of Mikeltornis (highest lighthouse in the Baltic countries) and Soviet military systems at here.
