  3. The Statistics • S1 pupils • groups of 16 ish • 12-14 adults • Lots of instructors • 5 – 10 per chalet • 3 kitchens • Millions of midges!

  4. 7.30 pre breakfast activity 8.00 breakfast 8.50 assembly 9.00 morning activity 12.30 lunch 1.30 assembly 1.45 afternoon activity 5.00 kitchen duty 5.30 evening meal 6.00 duties/diaries/rest tidy 6.45 assembly 7.00 evening activity 9.30 supper 10.00 cabin 11.00 sleep! A typical day!

  5. Activities Pre breakfast • Running • Aerobics • Swimming • Kitchen Day • Kayack • High Ropes • Cycling • Village Study • Orienteering • Teambuilding • Challenge • Games • Capture the Flag • Zip wire – NEW! Evening • Swimming • Adventure Playground/Rope Maze • Quiz • Disco/BBQ

  6. Accomodation • Chalets/cabins • With a friend where possible. Single sex. • Staff have final say – we do our best! • Showers • At least one teacher

  7. Meals Breakfast • Cereal/toast/juice etc Lunch • Sandwiches/fruit /yoghurt / crisps /biscuits etc Evening meal • 2 courses Supper Hot /cold drink cake/biscuits etc

  8. Behaviour Rules are explained and enforced Pupils may receive sanctions/consequences Pupils willfall out Staff are alwaysgood humoured
