  2. 6th Generation interbank EDI system • The sixth-generation Zengin(全銀)System will be in operation as from November 14, 2011, and the format based on XML/ISO20022 will become available as an option. Implementation of e-CERT by AQS • May 2011, Animal Quarantine Service (AQS) under the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) has completed implementation of UN/CEFACT e-CERT to substitute for UN/EDIFACT SANCRT deployed by and between Australia and Japan about 10 years ago. The cooperation between Vietnam and Japanese customs • August 8th 2011, at the head quarter of MoF, Deputy Minister Do Hoang Anh Tuan received the customs delagates from Japan led by Mr. NagatomoTetsuji, Deputy Chairman of Japanese General Department of Customs and Tariff. Their visit aimed at the implementation of some projects on electronic customs and single window. About the electronic customs, Deputy Minister Do Hoang Anh Tuan said Vietnam was in the progress of implementing the internal procedures for approval. He stressed that Vietnam would closely cooperate with Japan.
