He has put down the mighty from their thrones, and exalted the lowly.He has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich He has sent away empty. He has helped His servant Israel, a remembrance of His mercy, As He spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to his seed forever.” - Luke 1:46-55

Someone told him, “Your mother and brothers are standing outside, wanting to speak to you.” He replied to him, “Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?” Pointing to his disciples, He said, “Here are my mother and my brothers. For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.” -Matthew 12:46-50

  41. My soul magnifies… Magnify: • to make great • to make conspicuous • to deem or declare great • to esteem highly, to extol, laud, celebrate • to get glory and praise

  42. My soul magnifies… As I live my life - as parent or child, by birth or by relationship - I can magnify the Lord.
