TITLE PAGE • The title page is the cover in you lab repot • In the title page you will write your name and your partner name(if you have one) and a creative title • Then you should write the date • Next you have to write what your experiment will be about and what will you during you lab report.

  3. MATERIALS AND PROCEDURES • After you have done your title page write the materials you used in your experiment • Then write the procedures(including results) , write step by step what you had done in do your experiment • Note: do not list your materials or procedures write them in sentence form, assume that no one knows anything about your experiment, do not be to specific in your procedures

  4. Results • You have to re-write your results but in a chart • Make a graph about your results • Note: you should have independent and independent variables in your experiment

  5. COUNCLUSSION AND DISCUSSION • Write down your conclusion about your experiment , you have to write “why” , for example “why” did the foam ball went farther then the cotton ball • In the discussion write what you notice about your results
