  3. If you can’t say anything nice – shut up • Don’t gossip • Don’t bitch – Moaning is pointless, unproductive and achieves nothing • Compliment people sincerely • Use “please” and “thank you” • Be a good listener • Only speak sense – speak right!

  4. Integrity – Look after yourself • Know the ethics of your industry • Know the legalities of your industry • Set personal standards • Never lie
