  3. Grace Kelly The Travel Coordinator Arranges flight, hotel, and rental car details for Requestors

  4. Bob Hope The CPE Approver Reviews all requests in regards to Continuing Professional Education (CPE).

  5. Michael Jones The Inter-office Travel Approver Travels frequently between offices and leaves any urgent requests to Bryan Ferry.

  6. Bryan Ferry The Director of Administration Approves inter-office travel requests when Michael Jones is not available.

  7. Lily Allen Grace Kelly The Requestor starts a travel request that must ultimately reach the Travel Coordinator in order for her travel arrangements to be made.

  8. Lily Allen Grace Kelly If the travel request is client-based, the request goes straight to the Travel Coordinator for arrangement.

  9. Lily Allen Bob Hope Grace Kelly If the travel request is for continuing professional education, the request must be approved by the CPE approver before it is sent to the Travel Coordinator for arrangement.

  10. Michael Jones Lily Allen Grace Kelly If the travel request is for inter-office travel, the request must be approved by the Inter-office Travel Approver before it is sent to the Travel Coordinator for arrangement.

  11. Michael Jones Bryan Ferry Lily Allen Grace Kelly However, if the Inter-office Travel Approver is away, the request is approved by the Director of Administration before it is sent to the Travel Coordinator for arrangement.
