We have various roles, including service and practice managers, social workers, and family support workers, to ensure comprehensive support and care for vulnerable children and families in Salford. Our achievements include improved assessment rates, reduced care proceedings, and successful multi-agency collaborations. Challenges like recruitment and child protection plans drive us to continuously enhance our services for the welfare of looked-after children.
