Inspections and Accreditations • All laboratories are certified by SAMHSA • All laboratories maintain current CLIA licenses and CAP accreditations • HIPPA compliance • Perform services in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and U.K.; state accreditation or licensure wherever necessary • We have never experienced a final denial revocation, limitation, suspension, probation or involuntary relinquishing of a license, certification or accreditation.
