  2. Rock Creek/ Cresta • New License Issued in 2001 • Three 5 Year Test Flow Periods • Flows in Third Test period to be “adaptively managed” based on monitoring results • Monitoring includes: fish, bugs, frogs, water temperature

  3. Rock Creek/ Cresta Minimum River Flows shall be maintained at the second 5-year level for a five year test period provided at least four consecutive non-critically dry years occur.

  4. Success in a Modern License • Does your timetable for information gathering and decision making reflect reality? • Anticipate how changes in one area will impact other parts of the license • Record your decisions and actions • Remember that excellent is the enemy of the good
