Participant Reassessment Results Access Issues for Multiple Users

There seems to be a recurring issue with participant reassessment results not being visible to several users. Specifically, Mary Winch, Tricha Laich, Laura Coste, Mary Smith, Jacqueline Smith, Jim McDermott, and Doug Van Dam have reported that they cannot access their reassessment results. As a manager, I can log in and view their original test results, but the reassessment data does not appear. This problem may need urgent attention to ensure all participants can access their necessary information.
