FACILITIES AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT • Improvement to campaign this year: • Increased headcount – Pembridge and Evelyn included • Messaging and branding co-ordinated with StepChange campaign • Joint Switch Off and StepChange stand at Freshers Fair • Commercial Services team better informed about this year’s campaign • FM team co-ordinating communiations with wardening team

FACILITIES AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT • Improvements to campaign this year, continued: • Resource staff also involved via pledge cards and small individual prize for best contribution • “Green Reps” in halls will now be “StepChange Ambassadors • Silwood – agreement from Campus Administrator to promote campaign via staff and student newsletter • Silwood – SSO co-ordinator given slot to speak to students during induction 7 October.

FACILITIES AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT • Clayponds and Grantham Institute • 150 separate electricity bills across all properties • Low value bills are estimated by Npower and only read occasionally • Logistically and financially difficult to have meters read by FM staff • Grantham are developing behavioural change campaign and will use Clayponds as test model
