STRATEGIC ASSET PLANNING VISION • To ensure there is sufficient land and buildings to accommodate the University’s vision, strategic plan and OPPs FUNCTIONS • Strategic asset planning • Statutory planning & approvals processes • Campus planning • Heritage planning CURRENT MAJOR PROJECTS • UniverCity - Strategic Asset Review • Campus Plan 2010 • Crawley Campus Conservation Plan • Student Housing • QEII/UWA Activity Centre Plan • State & Local Government planning liaison • Precinct plans for UWA landholdings including Cultural Precinct

CLIENT SERVICES VISION • Client Services will provide professionally structured leadership to plan, develop and maintain high-value, quality, cost-effective facilities and infrastructure that support the University’s mission and reinforce our stewardship of the University’s campuses. FUNCTIONS • campus space allocation; • space needs and project requests; • scoping and feasibility phase; • supporting executive in aligning project requests with the University’s mission & OPP; • preparing business cases and funding applications; • directing and managing the capital project delivery process; • infrastructure and facility maintenance; and • executing minor works and maintenance by delivering building trades skills.
