In 2008-2010, C.N. “O. Goga” School in Sibiu, Romania, actively participated in the International Year of Astronomy. The school hosted various activities including "100 Hours of Astronomy," projects on constellations, asteroids, and black holes, and celebrated World Space Week. Students engaged in exciting projects, like "Trip to Stars" and "Galileo Galilei," inspiring the next generation of astronomers. Events like "A Hand Towards Universe" showcased creativity and scientific inquiry. These initiatives provided students with a deeper understanding and appreciation for the universe.
