  2. The Cypress offers the comfort of two separate restrooms with a total of five individual stalls. Each restroom comes equipped with all the necessary amenities. Should power not be readily available, the Cypress is also equipped with its own generator, supporting air conditioning, heating and lights making it a comfortable all-weather alternative to the conventional plastic restroom.

  4. Rental Requirements • 4 Weeks advance notice (to assure availability) • Non-refundable deposit (due at contract signing) • Service truck access (25ft. Minimum) • Electrical service hook up of a single 50 AMP/220 Volt line • Water service hook up: Access to a standard ¾” spigot or faucet with minimum pressure of 30 PSI. • Level ground for unit placement

  5. Renters Responsibilities • Lessee is responsible for any and all damage to the trailer while on their property or property in the use.
