Review Progress • Ask two key questions: • Are we on track to accomplish our goals for AI? • Is there more we could and should do to achieve our goals? • Gather input from multiple sources • Consider four key aspects of the implementation • System preparedness • Current usage • User experience and perception • Project constraints • Evaluate results and draw conclusions
