Comprehensive Overview of 2011 Professional Training Program Implementation

In 2011, the Training Center for Human Resource Management successfully organized 222 training sessions with 3,838 participants, totaling 942 training days and 3,635 school hours. Supported by 127 trainers, evaluations revealed a 72.11% satisfaction rate. Participants reported improvements in knowledge (+1.33) and deemed the training duration "long enough" (76.67%).
