The biggest difference in knowledge levels before and after the training is in European integration thematic area (+1.66), but the participants said that the applicability of that knowledge is very low • On the other hand, the greatest applicability of new knowledge is in Training of trainers thematic area (4.43), but the difference in self-assessment levels of knowledge is the least (1.00) • This we can explain by the fact that the target group for thematic area Training of trainers is very homogeneous, as opposed to area of European integration which attracts all civil servants
Trainer performance • Number of hired trainers: 119 • 12 trainers got the mark 5,00 • 101 trainers got a mark over 4,00 out of which: 15 got a markbetween 4,00-4,50 86 a mark over4,50 • Just 1 trainergot a mark lower than4,00 • For 5 trainers marks are not available
Participants are most satisfied with • Method of work and the competence of trainers • Information, explanations, examples and exercises • Interaction and discussion of participants and the exchange of experience • Schedule adherence • Gained knowledge…
Participants are least satisfied with • Inability to apply the newly acquired knowledge • Length of training - training should last longer • Material - it could be more comprehensive and up-to-date • Lengthy discussions on the part of some participants • Low turnout of participants...
Participants` comments • There are no men, convince them to attend training • Excellent training, managers should be involved as well • Seminars should be organised outside Belgrade, so that participants could get to know each other better • You are great. Thank you!
