  2. You should currently have records under this category if you have been teaching in Spring 2012 and/or Fall 2012 (note that this data is not loaded until mid-semester.) Please contact us using the form on the Digital Measures training site if you find errors within your records for Spring 2012 or Fall 2012. Use your college specific form, “Questions/Comments (communication with your college administrator) http://iassess.boisestate.edu/digitalmeasures/digital-measures/training-materials/

  3. One person needs to be responsible for the record. Authorship may be reordered so it does not have to be the first author that is the person designated to update the record.
