Innovative Double Monitor Mount Design to Reduce Desktop Clutter

This project presents a prototype for a double monitor mount integrating HDMI and power inputs directly into the design, aimed at reducing cord clutter for desktop computer users with dual monitors. Collaboratively developed by Jonah Cleveland, Matthew Jones, Andrew Toomey, Clay Nivens, and Chandler Harrison, we are utilizing a pre-built monitor mount purchased from Amazon and modifying it with additional parts to meet our specifications. The compilation includes technical and schematic drawings, materials, tools required, and a comprehensive list of ideas discussed during planning.

  1. A Compilation of the Recent Progress of our Overly Complicated Monitor Mount Design Prototype Initiated by: Jonah Cleveland, Matthew jones, Andrew Toomey, clay Nivens, and chandler Harrison

  2. The Abstract We are building a double monitor mount that has HDMI and power inputs built into it to eliminate cord desk clutter for the average desktop computer user that wants two monitors. We are using a pre-built monitor mount to be bought on amazon and are modifying it using parts bought from amazon and our own specifications.

  3. The Concept The Project is a compilation of all the ideas we discussed while planning the Monitor Mount. We tried to include all ideas that were said unless we could all agree that we did not need to include that idea.
