Persona “I feel so frustrated when I have to go 5 to 6 medical stores to find a single medicine” Saad Rehman His Story Once my sister was seriously ill and need medicines badly but I couldn’t find the medicine at near by stores then I became so frustrated and went through many difficulties to buy medicines, also the condition of the city is not so good and I have to go far away for medicines. My sister can’t skip her doses if she does so then she has to face very severe kind of DKA attack. It is all risk taking to go far in these situations of city but we have to. Occupation: Software Engineer Needs 1-In emergency find the medicines easily. 2-Information of medicines should be with reference. 3-Correct expiry date should be shown. 4-Doctors should mentioned the generic of medicine when they prescribe medicines. “Generic should be mentioned of that specific medicine” Frustrations 1- I’ll take substitute of that medicine in emergency. 2-I’ll skip the dose if I don’t find the medicines at near by medical stores.
