SIS Implementation Strategy • System Validation Workshop (September 2010) • Phase 1 Conduct Training of Trainers (November 2010) • Phase 2 Pilot Implementation. 15 Regional, 32 Division Representatives and 178 Selected School heads/reps were capacitated to use the SIS -Cluster 1, Luzon November 2010 -Cluster 2, Visayas December 2010 -Cluster 3, Mindanao January 2011 • Refinement and Fine Tuning of System (February to March 2011) • System Integration to E-EBEIS (upon completion of EBEIS) • System Testing and initial operation for Pilot Schools (SY2011-2012) • National Rollout (Starting SY2012-2013)
