Effects of PU-H71 on MDA-MB-231 and A549 Cells: PRKD2 Expression Analysis

This study investigates the impact of the heat shock protein inhibitor PU-H71 on PRKD2 expression in breast cancer MDA-MB-231 and lung cancer A549 cell lines. We analyzed both soluble and insoluble protein fractions post-treatment, measuring the effects of various doses of PU-H71 and CHX on PRKD2 levels over time. Results show significant differences with p-values ranging from 0.0004 to 0.0434, indicating PU-H71's potential to modulate PRKD2 and suggesting its role in therapeutic strategies.
