Dini Asrianti, Sp.KG University University of Indonesia Foto A male patient aged 19 years old, presented with chief complaint of discoloration restoration on left upper central and lateral incisor. After clinical examination, there are secondary caries D4 (site 2, size 2) on mesial site of 11, mesial and distal site of 21, and mesial site of 22. Before After Introduction to the case Patient after treatment using Ceram · X Duo (E2, D2). Patient before treatment with caries on both uper central incisor Step 1 Step 2 Rubberdam placement and preparation of cavity. The cavity was etched for 15 seconds using DeTray Conditioner 36 Step 3 Step 4 The cavity was bonded with XP BOND and light-cure for 10 second The cavity was restorated with Ceram X Duo (E2,D2) Material and method The clinical step of this case report, including : (1)Etching with phosphoric acid for 15 seconds to lead the development of micropores in the enamel and dentin surfaces. (2) After 15 seconds, acid gels were removed, rinse and dry then bonding application with XP Bond on all cavity sides. (3) Leave it undistrubed for 20 seconds, evaporate solvement with air and light-cure for 10 seconds. (4) After bonding, apply Ceram X Duo (D2, E2) with incremental method. (5) Restoration steps were done with finishing and polishing steps using fine diamond bur and rubber polisher (Enhance ®) Discussion and conclusion Aesthetic is a main concern in anterior teeth restoration. Ceram X Duo with enamel and dentin colour could accomodate the needs. Patient was statisfied with the result of the restoration because the restoration is able to replace almost exact morfology of the tooth.
