He did not seek treatment for his illness. • Juanito 57 years old had PTB (year unrecalled) and was treated. • Carlito 51 years old, was diagnosed to have kidney disease • Agnes 47 years old, was diagnosed to have kidney disease • Rolando 45 was diagnosed to have hypertension • Helen 43 was diagnosed to have Diabetes Mellitus
