Full-time degree seeking undergraduates completing 24 hours in first year. • 2. Degree Attainment: • a. Six-year graduation rate • b. Total degrees awarded • c. Degrees awarded per student FTE • 3. Quality of Learning: • a. Performance on nationally normed examinations • 4. Research? • Other Issues • No affordability criterion • Only new funding above base
