Back-Up Customer JourneyOverview • Employee phones Aviva on 1890 717 717 • Aviva book in the employee with HCML • HCML phone employee to have initial discussion. • HCML may recommend the employee attends a Physiotherapist for consultation • The Physiotherapist may then recommend a course of Treatment • A once of fee of €50 is required at the 1st treatment session • – this is to encourage them to complete the treatment programme • All other treatments are Free of Charge • *€50 fee not payable under day to day claims
