  2. Zeus Info. • Greek name- Zeus • Roman name- Jupiter or Jove • Parentage- Cronos and Rhea • Sphere of influence- Sky, Lord of Olympus • Attributes- Lightning bolt. Royal scepter, and eagle • Birth place- Diktaion cave • Favored place- Dwelt on Mount Olympus in Thessaly

  3. Image Pre 476 A.D. I chose this picture of Zeus because I believe it portrays his “job” as a god. He was the greatest of the gods and I think this picture captures his power. This picture also drew me to questions. What is he trying to aim at with his scepter? Or, why is he in the middle of nowhere? I also chose this picture because the scepter is one of his most known attributes; the scepter. I chose this image because this is how I portray Zues.

  4. Image Post-1400 A.D. I chose this picture of Zeus because it shows his power. He is dominating over the eagle because he is stepping on the eagle. It also portrays his character traits of a muscular and bearded man. It is also showing his power because he is sitting on a throne. It also makes me ask, why is he sitting on something he created? I chose this image of Zeus because this is how I portray him.
