  3. Enfoque El enfoque que llevo es buscar un fundamento legal de porque prohíben el uso de la gorra en los centros educativos en general, mientras que existe la contraparte en las escuelas militares, toda vez que el no usar la gorra, se considera una falta al honor a las instituciones castrense.
