Homework and Testing Schedule for April 28 to May 2

This week, students will focus on MAP Testing in Reading on Wednesday, April 30. Spelling words include controlled vowels: er, ir, or, ur. A spelling test is scheduled for Friday. Math topics will be covered daily Monday through Thursday, with a timed facts test on Thursday. Please review the new reading response sheet provided in your child's red folder, which requires more in-depth responses this month and is due on Mondays. Graded papers will be sent home each Thursday for review and signature. Thank you!

Reading Response A new reading response sheet is in your child’s red folder. This month you will notice that I am asking more from the students in their responses. The response sheet is similar to questions that I ask in class, so students should be able to respond appropriately. DUE ON MONDAYS Word Wall Words: Review Graded Papers Each Thursday your child brings home their graded papers. Please look over with your child, sign the yellow sheet, and return. Thank you!
