Plan– Create a trans-global committee of scholars and possibly students to address key issues and current ideology of educational progression. “Moving and Thinking Forward” • Development- Research. State a clear philosophy based on the research findings • Execute- Application, how do we implement our “Developed Plan” with tact and diplomacy? • Evaluate- Use measurement tools that identify • 1). Recognition of Qualifications: Can I Transfer to Another College or University Local or Abroad? Will my credentials be recognized in other countries?

Recognition of Qualifications: Examples of how courses are considered transferable, for selected universities in the United States of America According to Vaira (2004) “International organizations (IOs) are vital players in assembling a higher education global policy.” Wichita State University (2013) “The student must provide a syllabus of the course to the Registrar, who will forward it to the chair of the appropriate department. The recommendation of the chair shall be forwarded to the dean of the college, who shall make a determination on the transferability of the course”. Pennsylvania “Penn” State University (2013) -Course work must be completed at a regionally accredited institution. - Penn State must offer a similar course or program of study. - Only courses in which a grade of “C” (2.0) or higher is earned will be considered for transfer.
