The recommendation of the chair shall be forwarded to the dean of the college, who shall make a determination on the transferability of the course”. Pennsylvania “Penn” State University (2013) -Course work must be completed at a regionally accredited institution. - Penn State must offer a similar course or program of study. - Only courses in which a grade of “C” (2.0) or higher is earned will be considered for transfer.
