What’s behind the space shuttle-like model ? • Space shuttle components • An orbiter • External Fuel Tank • Solid Rocket Boosters (x2) • Mission • Space shuttle= Bring the orbiter to the space. • Model = To effectively install Institutionalization of the innovation
Context: This model is to be conducted in the context of business and industry where a new innovation is initiated and aimed forhigh rateadoption. • Intended user of this model: Human Resource Department. (They also act as Change Agents) • Learners: Mid-level managers. General model background

So… How Does It Work ?
The NASA’s space shuttle-inspired model is made to be comprehensive guidelines for organization that is going to introduce innovation and lead organizational change. The whole process is the integration of instructional development processes and diffusion processes. The model also gives ideas of diffusion’s target audiences for each phase of adoption and rationale. Successful of implementing this model came from quality of each piece in both processes as well as constant and effective communication before, during, and after implementation. Conclusion
