  2. Early Intervention Promotes resources and supportive services that can benefit all families.

  3. Early Intervention: Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) PBIS opportunities are enhanced by additional training on Parents Interacting with Infants (PIWI) and a Family Coaching Model.

  4. Early Intervention: Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Early Childhood Mental Health, Early Intervention Technical Assistance and Head Start plan to support home visiting efforts from other programs.

  5. Keystone STARS Key element of quality is family engagement, informing parents on ways to teach children at home.

  6. Keystone STARS: Rising STARS Promotes greater access for at-risk children to higher quality care, especially those receiving Child Care Works subsidy.

  7. Keystone STARS: Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (ECMH) Connects families with services for higher levels of social/emotional intervention and provides information about community resources.

  8. Business Support: PA Early Learning Investment Commission Promotes and provides resources on mobilizing business leaders to support quality home visiting programs. www.pa-elic.org

  9. Other Systems: Child Welfare Caseworkers from the Office of Children, Youth & Families ensure children are safe in their homes and with their families.

  10. Other Systems: Public Health Maternal Child Health Bureau staff work with pregnant and new mothers to ensure healthy pregnancies and healthy babies.
