  16. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES Integrate the policies for Local Development to encourage the participation of local development agents and for job creation in the NES

  17. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES Analyse the existing obstacles for the development of local initiatives in feasible NES

  18. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES Launching pilot projects in the selected areas (NES). Disseminating the results of these experiences.
