Participation in Leadership Academy with other Economic Security Supervisors/Key Staff. • Coaching/Training to strengthen leadership skills, and increase knowledge to improve program delivery. • Ongoing peer support across counties for Economic Security Supervisors/Key Staff. • Changes in practice and improvements to the Medicaid process. Leadership Academy post survey data showed improvement in many areas, including supervisors reporting they strongly agreed or somewhat agreed that they had ideas on how they could improve delivery of Medicaid Assistance programs. This is compared to neither agree/disagree on the pre survey. • ‘I feel more empowered, and have improved tremendously. My communication is better, my confidence has increased, I really appreciated this program and wish it would be longer’ • ‘As a new supervisor it has been wonderful and provided great perspective.’ • ‘The training allowed for great introspection and learning.
