  2. About the training Started at the end of March in 2008 Trainees applied from 4 countys Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county Csongrád county Bács-Kiskun county Nógrád county 13 aktive, logged in trainees One mentor from every county

  3. Subjects and trainees • IT module – 2 trainees • Business Management module – 6 trainees • Costumer Care – 5 trainees

  4. I. Experiences • Cost effective learning • Totally freedom for the trainees how to and where to manage their learning • The communication materials on the platform are trainee and trainer friendly • To Upload a picture, face-to-face or in group correspondence • Distance is no problem!

  5. II. Experiences • The trainers mostly asked, and the trainees rather answered the questions. • The trainees communicated not only trough the forum but trough emails as well. • Trainees found the didactic videos very important.

Experiences PROBLEMS Some of the trainees were at disadvantage Limited possibilities to use computer, or internet The given opportunities were not enough to learn everything, to manage a successful training Sometimes too much wait for the trainees answers, and some computer couldn't be used at the School.

  7. I. Summary • The trainees certainly logged in the platform and enjoyed using it and learning how to use it.

  8. II. Summary • According to the experiences the conclusions were: • To apply to this course the foolproof Internet Connection is a must. • CONTINOUS CONTACT • Essential IT Knowledge • Including only the right, the understandable and the significant Information on a userfriendly platform.

  9. III. Summary Strengths Cost effective Distance is no problem Relevant curriculas for every ages Weaknesses Less Platform usage - Limited possibilities to use computer, or internet The trainees rather answered the questions, which were expected from the trainers Miss of didactic videos
