CAUTION • Reasons to disallow suspensions: • No Retention Chairman appointed, Form 365 • Copy of 1845 not forwarded to: • Member • Retention Committee • District Deputy • State Deputy • Supreme • Member not contacted by Retention Committee • District Deputy follow up reveals noncompliance with procedures • State Retention Chairman follow up reveals noncompliance with procedure • A large number of intents to suspend will be scrutinized closely by the State Retention Chairman and State Deputy. • Be prudent in the number suspended at one time.
