Bargaining about near-/ offshoring Actual situation: • 4 rounds of bargaining between ver.di and T-Systems • No concrete results • problem: No possibility to go on action cause the existing agreement of rationalization (ends December 2008) • Meeting between the tops of ver.di TK/IT and T-Systems in the next weeks • At the beginning of 2009 the near-/offshore – theme will be a part of the bargaining about rationalization
