  14. Project Concept • Casa Umusozi is a Mixed-Use, Masterplanned Community Development • Total Investment is approx. USD 75 Million over 4 years • Key Components: • Affordable Housing: • Single Family Villas • Multi Family Apartment Blocks • Commercial offices • Retail – Shopping Centers with Cinema • Hospitality – 3-4 Star Hotel • Education • Health Care

The Project will be implemented in Four to Six Phases and will features four types of different housing units. • 40% of the land will be dedicated to maintaining Greenspaces and the natural wetlands that exist on the Plot. • Phase One is scheduled to commence in 1Q 2011, with Masterplan approvals coming at the in 4Q 2010. • It is envisioned in the master plan that the housing unit types will be extendable ranging from 80sq.m. to 150sq.m., giving end home buyers the opportunity to afford smaller units and later on extend them once they have the necessary finance to do so.
