  1. Food Friday “Using Library Peripherals with Project Based Learning”

  2. SMARTBoard(5 available for use) Get involved with SMART Notebook: • Create interactive lessons • Record computer sessions on websites for later viewing Visit the ITS website for already created lessons to download

  3. CPS(3 units) • Give actual quizzes & tests • Review key concepts • Peer evaluation • Take class polls • Electronic “fist of five” • Check for understanding during note taking • Spice up drill & practice

  4. Interactive Pads(3 available) Nice for demonstrating concepts via the PC from anywhere in your classroom. • Math - Equations • Science – Formulas • Social Studies – Maps • CA - Diagramming • Athletics – draw out plays • Etc.

  5. Imaging Devices(multiple cameras & camcorders) Great for jazzing up projects: • Use the digital camcorders to create your own: PSA, Commercials, Documentaries, etc. • Use the digital cameras as tools in a scavenger hunt or to document stages of a process (plant growth, exercise, food preparation, etc.)

  6. Projection Devicesdocument camera & multiple projectors • Document cameras work much the same way as an overhead projector – however with them you don’t have to transfer the information to a transparency. We have one available for check-out. • We also have several data projectors available. They can be used to display video or computer presentations.

  7. Other Fun Stuff • Photo Quality Printer (even makes posters) • CD burners • Scanners
