About Us • A P state housing corporation was incorporated on 5th JULY 1979 under Companies Act,1956 of India. • It is wholly owned by the State Government. • Indiramma Housing programe is one of the Flagship programmes of the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh which was initiated with the significant objective of having hut free Andhra Pradesh. • There has been significant contribution towards this mission by construction of nearly 109.73 lakhs houses from 1983-84 to till date.

SANCTION OF HOUSES • Sanction of houses under Weaker Section Housing programme and IAY after completion of pre-sanction exercise i.e. verification of eligibility of the beneficiary by the multi disciplinary team and approval of the list by the Incharge Minister to the extent of No.of sanctioned constituency wise by the Government. - 7 Days II. AWARENESS MEETING IN VILLAGES Conducting beneficiary awareness meeting and giving mark out for starting of construction of houses - 7 Days III. STAGE WISE PAYMENTS • Verification of stage wise progress by the Asst. Engineer, Recording of stages in M.Book and submission - 15 days of stage wise photographs, Form No.30, payment proposals as per schedule • Payments of amounts to beneficiary from the date - 30 days Of recording of M.B.

PROCEDURE FOR ISSUE OF CEMENT AND NK MATERIALS TO BENEFICIARIES Time limit for issue of cement and NK material to the - 7 days eligible beneficiaries of the villages as on day of the visit made by the Asst. Engineer concerned as per the tour schedule V. Issue of Loan Clearance Certificate • Issue of loan clearance certificate and original documents of the beneficiary after repayment of total Principal and interest due -15 Days VI. Action time for complaints received in complaints redressal system • Time limit for taking action on representations received From the Public Representatives, other general public - 30 Days

Payment of Amounts to the Beneficiary • Recording of stage of houses in M.Book by the AE (Hsg.) - 1 Day • Check measurement and updation of stage in Online by the Dy.EE (H) - 3 Days • Confirmation and approval of the payment by the PD (H) - 2 Days • Generation of FTR by CGG - 0.00 hrs. of the same Day • Transfer of funds from Head Office to PD Office - 1 Day • Downloading of FTRs and issue of cheques on banks - 2 Days • Transfer of funds by the bank to the beneficiary account - 1 Day • Confirmation of transfer of funds by the bank - 1 Day

  8. COMPLAINT REDRESSAL SYSTEM (CRS) • The COMPLAINT REDRESSAL SYSTEM is in operation with toll free number – 1100. This system is open to general public, beneficiaries and people representatives alleging on procedural lapses/ Misappropriation/ Corruption on the implementation of Indiramma Housing program. • The complaint is registered under Docket number - 1 Day • Sending SMS alerts to AE/Dy.EE and PD(H). - 1 Day • To attend complaint by the Assistant Monitoring Officers. - 1 Day • Circulation of compliant to the higher authorities, ED/MD. - 1 Day • Communication of orders to the PD(H). - 3 Days • Submission of report by PD(H). - 15 Days • Processing of report received from PD(H). - 10 Days • Docket is processed for dropping. - 3 Days

NON – COMPLAINT REDRESSAL SYSTEM (NON- CRS) • NON – COMPLAINT REDRESSAL SYSTEM are those news clippings which appeared in District editions in Telugu dailies on the implementation of INDIRAMMA Housing Program • Referring of news clipping to the Assistant Monitoring Officers - 1 Day • Segregation and translation of news clippings into English version - 1 Day • The circulation of consolidated notes on all the press clippings to ED/MD - 1 Day • Communication of the orders of ED/MD to the SO(H)/PD(H) - 3 Days • Submission of Action Taken Report(ATR) by SO(H)/PD(H) -15 days • Processing the ATR’s received from the PD(H)/SO(H) - 10 Days • Transferring the files to the Vig section for taking disciplinary action - 2 Days
