Six Member Team: MSCHE SLA Institute (June 12-13) • Sustain motivation & advance implementation of assessment • Develop rubrics for the analysis of SLA reports incorporating MSCHE (14) and Malcolm Baldrige (7) standards • OMCA Feedback  Academic Assessment plans (First Sem) • Develop an outline for Annual Institutional Assessment Report

  10. Institutional Weakness Administrative/Service Units • Forty-four (44%) percent of the administrative offices are not aware of how effective they are in providing services to the students (MSCHE Self-Study). • Most of them do not have any assessment plan(2005 Needs Assessment Survey).
