In its origins this Majorcan recipe was cooked specially with products from the vegetable garden , with meat, sobrassada or butifarró. NUTRITIONAL VALUE: Its energetic value is high due to the carbohydrates of the rice and the fat, especially from the meat. The contribution of protein and minerals stands out, like the iron coming from the meat and the liver. It must be consumed occasionally, and be avoided in case of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular problems.
