Datos clínicos • Paciente masculino de 20 años de edad, al cual se le diagnóstico anemia ferropénica de larga evolución; cursa con ictericia ocasional y ligera astenia. • Actualmente asintomática, siendo derivada para seguimiento y control. • Datos de laboratorio: • Hb: 13.5 g/dL, , eritrocitos: 6.7/µL, VGM: 68, CMHG: 29 • Bil. indirecta: 2 mg/dL, bil. directa: 0.35 mg/dL. • Las imágenes son de sangre periférica teñida con Wright.

  3. Preguntas • La célula señalada corresponde a: • Cuerpos de Pappenheimer. • Punteado basófilo. • Cuerpo de Howell-Jolly. • Basofilia difusa. • Ninguna de las anteriores.
