  13. e – Commerce legal framework Overcoming the brick world concept regarding : • Contracts – Documents - Financial transactions - Credit Bonds - Signatures - Certificates • Establishment of certificate entity or entities • Regulatory agencies to deal with the market (certificates entities) • Acceptability of electronic document and digital signature • Cryptography & Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
