  2. Agenda Locking of Classrooms Attendance Taking Secondary 3 PTM FACETS involvement Batch Hoodie Department Allocation

  3. Locking of Classrooms • All Classes should have a lock by now • Classes must be locked when not in use, (i.e: PE Lessons, Mass Lectures, etc) • For Classes who do not have a lock yet, get it ASAP • Money used to buy the lock can be claimed from teachers

  4. Attendance Taking • Chairmen are to take attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday • However, please do update your respective form teachers on the attendance

  5. Secondary 3 PTM • There will be Secondary 3 PTM this Friday, 17th Jan • All Secondary 3 Chairmen are required to help out • You will be excused from your CCAs

  6. FACETS Involvement • CHS is collaborating with GuangYang for FACETsof.SG • There will be a combined meeting for both schools this Friday, 3pm-5pm.
