Annual survey in which faculty divide their time according to percentages across the four missions of the Health Sciences Faculty Activity Survey • Access: • Application Launcher (within the MBM Gateway) • Direct Web Site – http://mbm.uuhsc.utah.edu/mbmfas • MBM Home Page – http://www.medicine.utah.edu/mbm • Prospective survey done in December/January • Responses can be viewed in aggregate by unit • Used in MBM Financial Statements to approximate mission costs

Email tool that allows users to send messages to a distribution group created based on rules • Access: • Application Launcher (within the MBM Gateway) • Direct Web Site – http://mbm.uuhsc.utah.edu/hscpost • MBM Home Page – http://www.medicine.utah.edu/mbm • E-mail tool for ease of generating group lists • Create distribution lists by layering and grouping based on track, rank, and title • Share lists in List Builder with E-survey and other users • List Builder tool automatically updates lists based on rules • Example: full-time faculty in x department- adds new faculty members to distribution list as they are hired
