  3. What’s changed? • The HP Certified Professional Program has changed the way you access credentials, exams and training • CertPro has been replaced by a new program interface that is much simpler and easier to use

  4. Why it’s changed • Changes to the HP internal systems dictate we provide you with a new interface into the HP Certified Professional Program • To improve your experience, we made the decision to move to a different, easier-to-use global platform

  5. Welcome to the Americas HP Certified Professional Program website! www.hp.com/go/certification • Three distinct ways to access credentials: • Program overview • Search for credentials • View all credentials

Program overview page Use this page to locate a credential from a program viewpoint… • Locate your focus area or job role (Sales) • Then find your certification level (ASP) • Click on the “+” next to “View available credentials” • Select the credential link from the resulting list Links to additional program information Helpful links to locate your focus area on the page

  7. 2. Credential search page Not sure which credential is right for you? Opt for this page. • Choose a job role that best describes you • Then choose a technology • Click “View credentials” • Choose a credential from the resulting list Architecture chart indicates where your selected credentials are in the program

  8. 3. View all credentials page For those who know exactly which credential they are looking for • One click access! • Page shows all available credentials, listed by job role within each technology

  9. No matter which way you use to find a credential, the credential link will always lead to a “Credential requirements” page

Credential requirements page Shows you all requirements needed to achieve a credential and provides access to all required exams and pertinent training • Left tabs represent each requirement • Click on the tab and the details of that requirement are shown • Instructions appear above the chart

Credential requirements page Page features Name of credential you have selected Provides a complete view of all requirements for this credential on one page This notation will appear if the credential has been moved to “transitional” status Instructions for selected tab Summary of requirements to achieve credential Shows options available to advance beyond this credential Requirements tabs

  12. Credential requirements page “View or print all requirements” feature • As shown in this example, the resulting page provides a one-page view of all requirements for a credential, including associated exams and training.
